
Student Ambassador of Justice – Virtual Trip
The World Renew Student Ambassador of Justice Virtual Trip is open to 18 young adults from across Canada who are committed to learning about and promoting justice and advocacy.

Purpose
This online opportunity will help the participant to understand the role of Justice in Global Relationship. Sessions will be held Monday-Wednesday, Friday-Saturday, and Monday-Tuesday. Each of the 7 days will consist of a 2-hour session focused on issues related to global justice, including Power and Privilege; Refugees and Justice; Justice and Global Consumption; Justice and Generosity; Biblical Justice; Justice and Action; and more.
Expectations
Young adults who hope to participate in this opportunity should meet as many of the following criteria as possible:
18-29 years of age
Able to commit to being available for the duration of the virtual learning trip
Commitment to complete reading assignments before/during the virtual learning trip
Willingness to use the knowledge and experience they acquire to advocate and engage others on the importance of justice
Qualities
Leadership potential
Interest in promoting justice in spheres of influence
Self-awareness, sensitivity, empathy, creativity and self-motivation
Socially conscious and justice oriented
Responsibility and ability to work with others
Willingness to participate fully in the program and to abide by the conditions of participation
