Peace & Justice
Prevent violence, build stronger communities.
1 in every 7 girls is married by the age of 15. Every 30 seconds a child gets trafficked.
Gender-based violence and inequality run rampant throughout many communities across the globe.
Violence against women threatens peace, justice and security anywhere it is found and it is a fundamental violation of human rights.
Our programming creates a safe space for women and children suffering from gender-based violence, rekindles their hope and helps them through their healing process.
At World Renew, we offer unconditional support for community groups. We are equipped to provide recovery support such as trauma healing groups as well as leadership and developmental training.
Community Health Development
Increase access for child and maternal health care services
99% of child and maternal deaths occur in developing countries.
Women play a significant role in cultivating a better life for their children, families, and communities around them.
Every year, millions of women face complications in both pregnancy and childbirth simply because they do not have access to proper healthcare. Many mothers die during pregnancy and childbirth from easily remedied conditions.
These preventable deaths often leave children without mothers to nurture their development. A high maternal mortality rate also impacts the community further as families are left without the financial input of the mothers. Poverty rates increase; children often have to work to help support the family and lose out on the chance for education, thus impacting their own ability to escape poverty.

We provide resources to families in our literacy and business training programs, as well as our village savings and loan programs, that help them journey to a brighter future.
International Disaster Response
Help communities prepare for and respond to disasters when they happen.
Today, the world is witnessing the highest levels of displacement in history with 80 million people forced from their homes due to conflict and violence.
World Renew walks alongside displaced families by responding to their most pressing needs, including emergency food, shelter, and hygiene items.
In 2020, World Renew helped 1.2 million people who were impacted by disasters, including natural disasters like floods and hurricanes, civil unrest and war, and disasters like the explosion in Beirut in 2020 and the burdens of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our disaster response program provides communities with the knowledge and confidence to respond to natural disasters, from emergency preparedness and management to strengthening disaster response.
