As many are aware, Canada Post is in the midst of labour negotiations and not providing any mail service during this time. We recognize mail communication is important to many within our community and wanted to provide an update as to how we will continue to serve you through this season.
Although we cannot guarantee when any recent donations sent by mail will be processed, as soon as postal service resumes, we will be in touch to confirm that your donation has been received.
In the meantime, we invite you to consider one of these secure methods of giving:
- Donate online to our Where Needed Most fund or to a variety of our programming areas. When you give through our online portal, your personal information will be encrypted and protected.
- Call our office at 1-888-975-3769 (WRLD RNW) and our team would be glad to process your gift over the phone.
If you are expecting physical gift acknowledgment cards from our Gift Catalogue, we ask for your grace and patience as we await mail services. We remain hopeful that the strike will be resolved in time to get them to you before Christmas! Until then, please consider downloading our printable version. It can also work well as an email attachment if you’re giving long-distance.
