Why Give?

When Gerrit chose to leave a gift to World Renew in his will, it reflected a lifetime of faith and service. Planned gifts to World Renew can be arranged through our trusted partners, Christian Stewardship Services and Link Charity Canada Inc. Their experienced gift planners share our faith and are committed to helping you create a lasting impact.

Through our partnership, you can meet with a gift planner to ask questions and explore your options—at no cost and with no obligation. We want you to feel confident and supported as you make decisions about your legacy.

A Gift in Your Will
Estate

Plan for the future with World Renew by allotting a portion of your estate to battle hunger, remedy injustice, and respond to poverty. When you give a gift in your will to World Renew, you become part of the Joseph Stewards community, a dedicated gathering of World Renew supporters.

The Gift that Pays You Income
Charitable Gift Annuities

A charitable gift annuity will provide you with a lifelong pension while also creating a planned gift for World Renew. This lifelong income provides you with consistent annual payments that never change for the duration of your life. Any remaining funds at the end of your life are distributed to World Renew and other charities you may have selected.

Donor Advised Funds
A simple alternative to setting up a foundation

Have you been considering opening a family or giving group foundation and don’t know where to start? Through a Donor Advised Fund you can set up an investment fund through Christian Stewardship Services or Link Charity, and make regular gifts to your favourite charities for a set period of time – or generations to come! Any deposits you make into the account receive a donation receipt in the year of the gift. You are free to add funds to the account as you see fit. It’s like being the CEO of a small ‘foundation’ without all the expense.
